At last!  This late Moebius work – originally published in 2008 – is now available in an English language edition – accompanied by extensive engaging and highly informative notes by translator Diana Schutz that enables Anglophone readers a deeper appreciation of the text, and, ultimately, the work as a whole.  

Despite being a relatively slim volume, this 88-page 8 1/2" x 11" hardcover volume featuring Major Grubert – one of Moebius's greatest characters, some would say his alter ego – contains so much fantastic art to experience, with so many layers of meaning to explore, that it makes for a quite substational work, one that will be hugely satisfying to lifelong Moebius fans and certainly worth a look to one and all.
